We loved the central location of this hotel in this city, only a short walk away from nice restaurants and the beautiful promenade. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had no trouble finding transportation to this hotel, and the parking was convenient. Additionally, breakfast on the rooftop terrace was an amazing experience.
It was all superb.

Location - central Viareggio. Room rate was fair.
Hotel restaurant - I dont recommend to have dinner in hotel restaurant. Its heavily overpriced. 60 Eur (2 people) for very mediocre food and very small portions. The desert was some cake that they also serve for breakfast. I recommend to eat in restaurants nearby. Also bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom smelly, we have to keep the door closed all the time. But I have to say the room rate was a fair deal.

Location was close to the beach and the promenade and in a central position. Easy to find. Staff were helpful, despite our very limited Italian. Attractive hotel with good quality furnishings and decor in the guests' lounge and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent value for money and would certainly return if visiting Viareggio again. Recommended

Hotel is in a good position, clean and with a/c which is very good during the very hot season in Italy, and the breakfast a bit better than the usual croissant, but the milk was sour, even the one in the machine, and the coffee very bad.
The price is much too exagerrated for the offered conditions. Not all the rooms offer the same comfort for the same exagerrated price. There is also a splendid terrase on the roof which is closed at 8:30 pm - such a pitty especially when it is a bit cooler outside and culd saty to get a bit of fresh air, they lock it ?!!!!

The staff are really helpful. I stayed there to go to the Puccini festival. A female staff booked a bus to and from the venue for us. It was very convenient and cheap. Also I liked the hotel which situated near the sea. We were really happy to stay there.

If you're looking for a great value, conveniently located hotel, look no further. With its central location just steps from the beach, it's the perfect spot to stay in Viareggio. the friendly staff and excellent service will make you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop terrace offers stunning mountain views. the only drawback? Some noise from outside may disturb light sleepers.

Very close to the promenade but as a hotel good value for money. Staff made us very welcome.
Check In time restriction but very nicely although we arrived very late because of weather conditions, they let us in with no problems at all.

Good location near the beach. Nice room size with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was disappointing with a limited selection of food. The internet connection was slow and costly. The hotel felt outdated and could use some renovations. it wasn't the best experience for a Christmas vacation.
